Yes, off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Pet rent is $25 per month for one pet or $50 per month for two pets. There is also a one time fee of $300 for one pet or $500 for two pets.

Our community provides stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave as well as a garbage disposal.

No, our community does not offer furnished apartments at this time.

Yes we do. For a 7 month lease there is a short-term fee of $100 per month.

Yes, we can hold onto a package for two weeks and if it is under 25 lbs.


Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome too.

Usually within 24 hours if all documentation is provided.

To apply it's $75 per person and at move in day there is a $200 admin fee and whatever the rental amount is.

The Arbor Walk Apartments is near USF, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University Mall, and has quick freeway access.

The Arbor Walk Apartments is part of the Hillsborough District.

You can arrive at The Arbor Walk Apartments via I-275 and taking the Busch Blvd exit.
